Warranty

Our company provides a certain guarantee period for the equipment with electronic parts. The guarantee period is stated in each product's page if you click the "Features" tab and is counted from the day of delivery.

During the guarantee period our company bear the liability to restore any malfunction or replace broken parts of the equipment that has been caused NOT due to: external factors like inconsistent power supply or water penetration, wrong and violent use not according to the user's manual, incomplete maintenance according to the user's manual, usage of the equipment of not authorized personnel, or implementation of parts not certified from the manufacturer.

The shipping costs from the customer to our service department and back, borne the customer.

For cases that the equipment is too heavy to move, the customer pays only the travel expenses (transportation and accomodation) of our technician to visit and restore the problem at the customer's site.
