Returns
1) The Customers have the right to apply for a product return within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery for the reasons mentioned below, unless stated differently in the terms below, in the Company's webpage or in the submitted quote to the Customer.
2) With the submission of the product return request from the Customer, the Company is obliged to inform him about the terms of the procedure and send them to the Customer's email. Following this step, the Customer is obliged to send a confirmation email that he agrees with the terms and complies with them, as well provide if requested relevant information (product photos, proof of date of delivery etc) in order for his product return request to be examined. Verbal or over the phone execution of the product return procedure is not accepted.
3) Return products and return of payment or purchase of products of equal or greater value or lower value and partial payment return.
Terms:
- Initial packing not altered (either opening or damaging) and return of products in their initial packing
- Payment of all relevant shipping costs to the procedure from the customer
4) Return products and replacement due to manufacturing defect, delivery of wrong products or damaging during transport.

- Payment of all relevant shipping costs to the procedure from the customer
- Return of products and replacement is NOT accepted in case of the Customer having chosen the shipping forwarder or in case the product return request has not been sumbitted up to the next calendar day from the delivery date of the products
5) After the receive of the email confirmation from the Customer that he agrees with the terms and complies with them, the product return request is being examined and the Company is obliged to answer by email within 1-3 working days. In case of a negative answer, justification must be provided
6) In case the Customer returns the products to the Company without prior receiving the Company's affirmative answer to the product return request, the Company will refuse to receive the delivery or will deny acceptance of delivery cost and return to Customer under his cost and responsibility.
