Where We Deliver
We deliver orders to countries inside and regional of the European Union. At each product's page is stated the list of countries that our company holds the commercial rights to sell the specific product to. In order to add a product, you must choose the country of delivery from the field "Deliver to country". If your country is not listed, please contact us here.
Free Shipping
Place orders that weight less than 20kg and with subtotal (order's cost before adding VAT) equal or greater than:
80euros for Greek Destinations or
380euros for Any Destination
and receive free shipping.
During Checkout, choose the shipping method "Free Shipping - €0.01".
* The amount of €0.01 is charged for choosing this shipping method
** For countries outside Eurozone, Free Shipping does not include duties and other custom clearance charges
*** In the case of free shipping, our company preserves the right to choose the shipping method that will be utilized (post services,freight company,courier services)
Fast Delivery
Our company, aiming at the best customer's care, applies the service of the Same Day Shipment for Orders Received Before 12:00 pm EET (Eastern European Time) for all items in stock.
Our policy is to promote mainly products that are in stock at our company's warehouses. More than 80% of the products are in stock and available to be shipped at your delivery address with the Same Day Shipment service. If the product you are interested in is not in stock and you would like to know the exact delivery time, please contact us to inform you.
Shipping Methods
The following shipping methods are available:
1) UPS Express Saver (for any destination)
Flight services. Available for all countries.
Expected delivery time up to 3 working days.
During checkout the shipping costs are calculated in real time depending on the exact weight/dimensions of your order through an online connection to the electronic servers of UPS.
* If your order exceeds the maximum weight designated by UPS then choose the shipping method "Shipping Costs Paid from Customer at Delivery".
2) UPS Standard (for any destination)
Land services. Available for certain countries. If you country is not among the available, this method will be listed.
Expected delivery time up to 7 working days.
During checkout the shipping costs are calculated in real time depending on the exact weight/dimensions of your order through an online connection to the electronic servers of UPS.
* If your order exceeds the maximum weight designated by UPS then choose the shipping method "Shipping Costs Paid from Customer at Delivery".
3) Greek Courier Services (only for Greece)
Delivery with the courier services company ACS. The shipping costs are calculated automatically in accordance with the weight of your order during checkout.
* If the weight of your order exceeds >30kg then this service is not available. In this case shipping with the Greek Freight Company is chosen.
4) Greek Freight Company (only for Greece)
Delivery with Greek freight company for orders 10kg< weight <100kg. The shipping costs are calculated automatically in accordance with the weight of your order during checkout. The order is delivered at the entrance of the shipping address and does not include the use of lifting systems if needed. For delivering inside your space or use of lifling services please contact us in advance to inform you about the additional cost.
5) Alternative Shipping Methods (for any destination)
Choose this shipping method in case you are not satisfied from the other proposed shipping methods in terms of cost or delivery time. Our company will receive offers from freight companies and post services and will inform you by email to choose one of them. ATTENTION! THIS SHIPPING METHOD DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING COST THAT THE CUSTOMERS MUST PAY BEFORE THE DELIVERY OF THE ORDER.

Free shipping is available if your order subtotal (order's cost before adding VAT) is equal or greater than: 80euros for Greek destinations or 380euros for any destination.
