Mobee med, Diagnostic System for ROM Assesment

mobee med, is an innovative diagnostic system for the precise assessment of the mobility and the range of motion of the joints.

The systems consist of a wireless sensor, which provides accurate and reproducible results, in conjunction with powerful software which acquires and records the measurement signals. The sensor is placed on the respective joint  and the motion is performed based on the neutral zero method. Simultaneously with the measurement, the software displays, in real time, the track of the motion and the results are displayed numerically and with graphics.  

mobee med incorporates a user friendly interface which guides the user throughout the measurement with intuιtive way and graphics. The system provides the ability to register additional information, such as painful areas in the trajectory of the motion, intensity and type of pain. With the use of "markers" the painful areas can be denoted while carrying out the measurement with a simple press of a button on the measuring device.

The software offers additional analysis tools for the results such as:
- Assessment of the measurement results compared with predifined limits
- Assessment of the motion symmetry 
- Comparison of active and passive movement 
- Comparison between subsequent measurεments
- Assessment of local pain markers

mobee med includes an extensive catalog of availiable measurments, with ability to perform most of the examinations in sitting or lying postition and with passive or active movment. Specificaly, there is ability to perform the following measurments:
- Cervical spine: Flexion-extension, Lateral flexion, Rotation
- T/L spine: Flexion-extension, Lateral flexion, Rotation
- Hip joint: Flexion-extension, Abduction-adduction, Rotation
- Shoulder joint: Abduction-adduction, Flexion-extension, Transverse flexion-extension, Rotation, Rotation (abducted)
- Knee joint: Flexion-extension, Rotation
- Elbow joint: Flexion-extension, Supination-pronation
- Wrist joint: Dorsiflexio-planar flexion, Radial-ulnar abduction 
- Ankle joint: Plantar flexion-dorsiflexion, Pronation-supination
