Powerball 250Hz Classic Blue is simple to start using the included cord. Simply insert the tip of the cord into the small hole in the rotor, wind it around the rotor fully until there is about 3cm of cord remaining - then pull. One quick tug and the Powerball rotor will instantly jump to life in your hand. Begin turning your wrist in slow, gentle circles. As your Powerball rotor builds speed, so does the gyroscopic resistance created. This resistance is in the form of isometric exercise for a Powerball user.

Powerball is one of the most effective gyroscopic hand exercisers in the world and will build substantial strength in the entire arm from fingertip to shoulder. Any sport that requires upper arm strength, benefit from the Powerball.
