EF-680, novelty in cardio training

The EF-680 device has been developed in order to offer an alternative to the salons and service units, the scope of the services who would like to expand their product/service range, which allows the current fleet, further development and requires a minimum presence of a personal trainer. The service is designed to speed up and streamline traditional cardio exercises carried out on machines. The presence of the personal trainer covers only the dressing and workout planning tasks. The new service has the advantage that by opening a new marketing channel, a new target audience is available.

The E-Fit places great emphasis on the development of appropriate training programmes, and, as the rest of the E-Fit devices, the EF-680 machine also was preceded by a lengthy research and development programs that provide the opportunity for everyone to effective use. During the planning process a different technical peripherals-clothes have been developed that allow to the EF-680 to be combinded with different traditional cardio machines (spinning bike, elliptical trainer, treadmill or steppers for machine).
