Loopliner is an innovative system for therapeutic exercise of the upper limbs and the whole body. Its concept is based on an idea of Arie Carmon. It is constructed from a continuous long thick metal wire that is turned and twisted in all directions, forming a path to a wooden ring that slides freely on the wire, which goes through the hole in the center of the ring. This tool is fixed in various ways to a person's arm or arms and the person must perform complex body and arm movements in order to slide the wooden ring with the help of its weight from the one end of the wire to the other. The three dimensional whole-body movements are executed slowly, controlled and consciously (no sliding or wobbling), and they are always safe for the joints as long as they performed in a pain free radius.

Playing with the Loopliner offers exceptional gymnastics and motoric activities. Arms and body are often positioned in unexpected and unknown positions in regards to one another. The sequence of the movements cannot be memorized, the body follows the needed posture for the ring to slide.

Some of the benefits of training with Loopliner are eyes-arms coordination, body mobility and flexion, muscle training and stress reduction.

The Looploner can be used in many places like physiotherapy centers, rehabilitation clinics, occupational therapy, fitness training, disabled or handicapped people, recreational activities, scholls or kindergardens.

There are 6 possible fixations of Loopliner to the arm or both arms:
- Basic Looping: between wrist and elbow and the hand also locked
- Elbow Looping Upper Arm: between elbow and shoulder with the loopliner turned to the hand side
- Free Palm Looping: between wrist and elbow but the hand moving freely
- Prisoner Looping: between wrists and elbows of both arms
- Elbow Looping Forearm: between wrist and elbow with the looliner turned to the shoulder side
- Namaste Looping: between wrists and elbows of both arms with the loopliner turned to the shoulder side
