- Progressive Stabilization System
The Bravo Advanced features the unique patent-pending Progressive Stabilization system, which is a pad that adjusts for height and horizontal position. This system offers maximum support -like selectorized equipment- or free standing, similar to most functional trainers.
It gives users a greater variety of training options, and compared to other free-standing machines, the system delivers a 212% increase in load capacity, a 184% improvement in core activation, and a 38% strength gain over free standing cable systems.
The Bravo Advanced's Progressive Stabilization system can also be positioned for partial stability, introducing specific challenges for different functional tasks. Systematic destabilization allows trainers to create programming which builds strength and skills in a progressive, highly effective manner, offering new challenges as users' capabilities grow.

- Cable Width Adjustment
The Advanced Cable Adjustment system lets not only the height of the cable to be adjusted, but also the width between cables. This means the direction of resistance can be completely controlled. This new level of versatility creates almost endless training possibilities - and only Cybex has it.

- The Bravo Advanced is a total training solution, offering more training options and versatility than any product in its class. Whether upper body, lower body, isolated, or fully integrated, the only limitation to the Bravo is the user's imagination. Available in 2:1 configurations for most applications, or in 4:1 configurations for sports performance and rehabilitation applications.
